Born from the frustration of watching great companies fail at people.
Our founders spent years inside high-growth companies — as VP People, as operators, as engineers — watching the same patterns repeat. Brilliant founders who could raise capital and ship product but had no framework for building teams. Orgs that scaled headcount without scaling structure. Managers promoted for technical skill who had never been taught to lead.
The consultants available to them were either too expensive, too generic, or too slow. So in 2017, we built the firm we wished had existed: a team of former operators who could embed quickly, speak the language of founders, and build solutions that actually got implemented.
Today we work with startups and scale-ups across Europe and beyond — from seed-stage teams figuring out their first hire to Series C companies redesigning their entire people function ahead of an IPO.
